WHAT WE DO FOR THE ENVIRONMENT

The company has always been careful to the environment.
It is the beginning of 1980 when, after careful studies and evaluations, the “Bakery Barletta” has converted all heating systems from diesel to natural gas.
In 1993 have been installed the first “thermal solar panels”, thus reducing the consumption of natural gas well 4600 m3 per year. It is a first step for a company that undertakes in the search for a serious alternative for a low environmental impact.
In 2009 on the roof of the factory have been installed “solar panels” which allowed to replace a gas furnace with an electric.
In 2014 “led” lamps were replaced by neon ones.
In the first half of 2015 is installed an advanced system that stabilizes and optimizes the use of electrical energy reducing the consumption of about 20%.
It is given great importance to the choice of materials and containers with low environmental impact significantly reducing all “waste”%.
